Clear Presence, Strong Impact on the Shelf

Langenhagen, February 9^th, 2026. Effective immediately, Organic Tempeh and Smoked Tempeh from Better Nature will be available in retailers’ chilled cabinets in a new packaging design. The updated look focuses on strong shelf appeal, improved clarity and a modern visual language. In addition, the switch to cardboard packaging ensures a cleaner, more structured shelf presentation.

The new packaging significantly strengthens Better Nature’s brand presence at the point of sale, according to Uplegger Food Company. Particularly in the highly competitive plant-based segment, it is crucial that product name, variety and key benefits are clearly visible at a glance, making it easier for consumers to navigate the category.

The two SKUs, Better Nature Organic Tempeh (200 g) and Better Nature Smoked Tempeh (220 g), are available in cases of 10 units via Uplegger Food Company GmbH for the German and Austrian markets (RRP* €2.99–€3.29).
