Innovative Snacks Bring Everyone to the Table

Langenhagen, March 13^th, 2024. The family-owned company Kokiriki, founded in 2018, is entering the German market with Uplegger Food Company GmbH as its distribution partner. Inspired by popular cheese snacks like mozzarella sticks, chili cheese nuggets, and baked Camembert, these vegan innovations are developed by a dedicated team in France and produced in their own factory. The company's philosophy is based on nutritional science and a deep understanding of healthy eating.

The trend towards snackification remains unbroken: 74% of consumers purchase a snack or a small meal at least once a week. Snacks are increasingly replacing traditional meals as more people consume smaller portions throughout the day. This development is ideal for quick meals in a hectic daily routine and is reflected in the numbers: 61% of people use snacks as a replacement for breakfast and lunch, while 60% replace dinner with snacks (snackconnection Snacktrends 2023&2024).

Simply cooked in a pan, oven, deep fryer, or air fryer, Kokiriki snacks are enjoyed hot and are just as tasty as their animal-based counterparts. Not only are the snacks quickly prepared and served, but they also bring vegetarians, vegans, and flexitarians together. The search for individual solutions for different dietary styles is no longer necessary.
